As part of a West Campus redevelopment RFP for University District, Casola Koppe prepared a concept package for a mixed-use retail and residential development. The proposal features two residential blocks above a street-oriented commercial podium, accommodating a large-format grocery store alongside several retail shops along University Avenue. The design emphasizes vibrant street-level activity, seamless integration of residential and commercial functions, and a cohesive urban presence within the evolving district.
