Dominion

Dominion is a full-block, mixed-use residential and commercial development featuring twin towers above a retail podium and a three-level parkade. Located in Calgary’s vibrant Bridgeland community, the project includes rental homes, restaurants, and co-working spaces designed to encourage a car-free, people-focused lifestyle. Inspired by traditional Calgarian verandas, the design incorporates generous outdoor terraces that extend living spaces and foster social connection. A reflective metal façade pays homage to the historic Dominion Bridge Steel Company, while lush rooftop gardens, fitness and recreation amenities, and shared gathering spaces create a complete live-work environment. The design thoughtfully responds to the site’s topography, balancing urban density, accessibility, and architectural presence to establish a new local landmark for Bridgeland.
